Let’s Break It Down

Lavendar Essential Oil

Lavender Bunch

Lavender oil is extracted mostly from the flowers of the lavender plant, primarily through steam distillation. The flowers of lavender are fragrant in nature and have been used for making potpourri for centuries.

The benefits from Lavender oil can be attributed to its antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-stress, is know to relax the senses, help with insomnia, and create a over all calming effect.

Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon Essential Oil

Lemons; a.k.a. Citrus Medica Limonum, are found in the hot and humid areas. Here in the United States popular groves can be found in Arizona, California and Florida. They can be found internationally as well and their true origin is a mystry. The essential oil is obtained from pressing the rind of the lemon extracting this bright yellow oil.

It’s benefits include its ability to treat stress disorders, insomnia, and tiredness just to name a few of the many that it has.

 Star Anise Essential Oil

Star Anise Essential OilThe essential oil of Star Anise is extracted by steam distillation of dried fruits of anise, or Pimpinella Anisum, as it is known in botanical terminology, which yields a thin and clear oil of which Anethol is the prime constituent, consisting of about 90 percent of it and is also responsible for its characteristic aroma.

Benefits of star anise oil date back to ancient times of Rome, Greece and Egypt. The medicinal properties of this essential oil include anti-epileptic, anti-hysteric, anti-rheumatic and works as a sedative.

As you can see all of the amazing essential oils combined make one heck of a kick butt blend that have you getting to sleep easier and staying asleep!
