Comment Policy

Ok everyone! I have a very simple Comment Policy here at Cimarron Creek Essentials; be nice! I am always open to a jovial/hearty discussion so let’s do it in a respectful and tasteful manner. I have no patience for those that cannot convey their ideas and thoughts with the use of fowl language and without respect for one another and others personal opinion(s). If you don’t agree with something posted or commented then simply state you will agree to disagree. Thank you in advance for following this simple and yet overstated rule.


Return Policy

We want you to love our products and much as we do! Yet should you find that something just isn’t quite right, here at Cimarron Creek Essentials, we want to make it right for you.

Purchases Made At Retail Locations

If you purchased your Cimarron Creek Essentials products from a retail location please contact that location directly for their return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges from products purchased at a retail location.

Purchased Made Through CimmaronCreekEssentials.com or a Trade Show

You may return your unused product or unused portion of your product for a refund, exchange or account credit within the first 30 days after purchase.

If you purchased a product as part of a gift set or kit, the entire gift set or kit must be returned at the same time, within the first 30 days, for you to receive your refund or exchange. Do not empty or clean any of the returned products (ie: bottles, jars, tubes, etc). We will not issue a refund or exchange for finished products.  Product does not need to be returned in external packaging of gift set or kit.

Please call us at (970) 275-6547, Monday – Friday, 9a-5p (MST) and to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number for your return shipment. Please have your original Order Number available, if at all possible, as this will expedite the return process. We will email you packing instructions for the product return. The customer is responsible for all return postage for returns and/or exchanges. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipper/carrier when returning your item(s). Cimarron Creek Essentials, LLC will provide shipment back to the customer in the event of an exchange at no charge to the customer.

Once your package has arrived, and inspected, all returns will be credited to the original form of payment. No exceptions.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of original purchase date.

We do not give refunds, exchanges, or account credits on Cimarron Creek Essentials, LLC special buys, discontinued/clearance items, items purchased as “Seconds”, or purchases made at retail locations. Cimarron Creek Essentials, LLC reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature should the original product become unavailable or discontinued. In addition we reserve the right to refuse returns of multiple returns by a single customer on a regular basis.


Exchange Policy

We know that it takes time to determine whether you like certain fragrances or products types so no worries! We’ve all purchased something then say “Yeah, this isn’t going to cut the mustard”! So that being said we are happy to exchange your item for the same or similar item in the same size. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. For example, we cannot exchange your Quarter Bar of Lavender Soap for a 8oz bottle of Christmas Wreath Hand & Body Lotion. But we know you understand that, so let’s not make this any more complicated than it has to be. Right?! Also, we do not provide exchanges for special buys, discontinued/clearance items, items purchased as “Seconds”, or purchases made at retail locations.

Please be aware that exchange items are sent only after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will receive an email notification stating the acceptance of the exchange and instructions to shipping your item(s) back. Please do not send the items in question until you have received the Exchange Auhtorization email. Cimarron Creek Essentials reserves the right to reject or cancel an exchange if the correct procedures are not followed and further claims that we are not responsible for improperly returned items.

To complete your exchange, please call us to receive a Return Authorization Number and exchange instructions prior to shipping your item back. We can be reached at (970) 275-6547, Monday-Friday, 9a-5p (MST).Please have your original receipt and /or your order number so that we may track your purchase. . Product does not need to be returned with external packaging. Please do not empty and / or clean products (jars, tubes, bottles, etc.) prior to sending for return or exchange. Finished products are not eligible for exchange or return.
