Shipping Policy

Orders generally ship within 3 business days from date of order with the following exceptions:

Nov. 15th - Jan. 15th: 5-7 business days

We offer our customers the option to ship through USPS, UPS and DHL. We do not go through 3rd Party Shippers.

Once the order leaves our facility our customers receive tracking information via the email they provided at time of check out. We are not responsible for packages that were misaddressed or delayed delivery due to the carriers. At this time UPS and USPS have waived any delivery guarantees.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier used for shipment. All claims will need to be filed with the carrier.
